PHOTOGRAPHY

I started photography in the 20th century with my uncle’s Zenit E. Onwards I shot analogues with handy Nikons, and rented Hasselblad 500 C/M, 80mm, f/2.8; or Sinar F for large format perspective displacement photographies with 90mm, F4.5 in a Copal No.1 shutter. Stuff that are superior to any modern digital.

My moving picture experience mainly explored live story telling productions with dad; Camera, Light, Sound, … ACTION.

Photography is not a form of art but skill and perspectives. Capturing a moment in reality is not a creation.

Creation is setting ‘em all up, not waiting for it to show up. From Dalí Atomicus to the golden hour of microclimates.

Carry an extra eye to frame a perspective, tell a story, one that if creates pause, draws more eyes; explorative eyes, thoughtful eyes, judgmental eyes …
